We feel that every architectural scheme is multidisciplinary, and not related only with the conventional definition of architectural design. The design process must support a fluid mutual relation between architecture as an area of knowledge and other fields: Economics, ecology, science, philosophy and technology.

Each Design scheme is a unique system, a dynamic development that promotes the understanding of the world. Each Design scheme starts a new investigation amed to the optimal progression of the design process and the creation of the new proposal. Our focus is precise nevertheless our field of work is the broadest possible.
We develop every project with the human enthusiasm of creating things. Useful, big, beautiful, small things. Things that shape life. We add to every design the desire to reinvent the way these things are made.
Jorge Sousa Santos was born in 1971. Graduated from the Lusíada University of Lisbon in 1994. Designer at Manuel Tainha office in lisbon from 1994 to 1999. Master degree in "Comtemporary theory of Architecure" at FAUTL (Technical University of Lisbon of Architecture) in 2001. Teaches Design Studio 3rd Grade in the Lusíada University of Lisbon from 1998. Visiting teacher at the Architectural Association of London in June 2003. Currently develops the PHD in the Lusíada University of Lisbon.
